Predicted Starting XI: Manchester United vs Burnley

Manchester United earned a hard-fought point last time out against an extremely difficult West Ham side under the guidance of Sam Allardyce. Louis van Gaal found it tough-going, but eventually Daley Blind slid one into the back of the net with a cool finish as the lads remained unbeaten.

Luke Shaw picked up a ban in that game, and the manager also confirmed that Michael Carrick will be missing due to an ongoing injury. That means some shifting around the back four will have to be done, and it’ll probably leave Marcos Rojo playing left-back with Chris Smalling and Phil Jones starting as the two centre-backs.

Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera will be hoping to get some playing time in the middle of the park, with Adnan Januzaj doing just about enough last time out to regain his spot in the team. Wayne Rooney and Radamel Falcao will be the front two pairing, with each others attributes complimenting the duo very nicely.

Predicted XI

De Gea; Valencia, Jones, Smalling, Rojo; Blind, Fellaini, Herrera, Januzaj; Rooney, Falcao
