Manchester United have had a successful pre-season thus far, securing two wins in their two games until this point. Much sterner tests are obviously ahead, and that begins with a real tasty fixture against FC Barcelona tomorrow night.
Louis van Gaal met the media ahead of the game, and gave us the news that David de Gea is expected to start his first game of the tour, but Bastian Schweinsteiger will miss the game due to a minor injury.
The gaffer also added that the trio of Angel di Maria, Marcos Rojo and Javier Hernandez have all travelled to the USA but the game against FC Barcelona will come too soon for them as they haven’t played any pre-season football whatsoever.
