Manchester United will be looking to put together their second league win in a row after suffering a shock defeat at home to Southampton a few weeks ago. Louis van Gaal will have a selection dilemma on his hands though, particularly in midfield due to Michael Carrick’s new injury.
That injury to Carrick could give the chance to Ander Herrera, who just hasn’t been able to work his way into Louis van Gaal’s plans whatsoever. For some reason, Louis van Gaal just doesn’t seem keen on the Spanish midfielder, but given a prolonged run in the side, he could be persuaded.
Another key feature surrounding this game is the formation. Many will be hoping that the Iron Tulip will finally rid of the 5-3-2 and return to a much familiar four at the back setup, allowing for more solidity.
Starting XI
