Manchester United have the chance to leapfrog tomorrow nights opponents and move up to third in the Premier League table if they can take all three points away at St Mary’s. Louis van Gaal will be looking to get one over on old foe Ronald Koeman, and there is probably no better time to play them as they’re majorly suffering from injuries at the moment.
Manchester United could have a few players returning, but it’d be foolish to change too much as we’re on a good run of late – despite Jonny Evans and Rafael da Silva returning to training. Wayne Rooney will probably come back into the fold, with the rather unfortunate James Wilson dropping back to the bench.
Predicted XI
De Gea; Valencia, Smalling, Rojo, Young; Carrick,Fellaini, Herrera; Mata; Van Persie, Rooney
