Predicted Starting XI: Stoke vs United

David Moyes takes his United side to the Britannia stadium for the first time under new management, as the Reds play Stoke in the Capital One Cup quarter-final. The gaffer is set to ring the changes for this one, but a win could be huge for confidence, and a spot in the semi-final of any cup gives you a great chance for some silverware.

Albeit the least popular trophy available for United, its surely one we want to win. If Moyes gets that taste for success, he’ll have a hunger and desire to win more trophies in the future. I think he’ll opt for a mixture of squad players and regular first-teamers for this one.

Predicted starting line-up

Lindegaard; Rafael, Ferdinand, Smalling, Buttner; Jones, Anderson; Nani, Kagawa, Young; Hernandez

  1. Why Rafael, Fabio should start……..what has Moyes got against Fabio, the manager seems to be clueless…….even his stupid Everton coaches should advise him of this simple selection……
