With the title already won, its hard to predict what kind of starting line-up the boss will go for in this one. Will he go for the experienced players such as Giggs and Carrick? Or will youngsters such as Powell and Januzaj get a rare starting spot?
For me i think he’ll go for the former. Sir Alex wants to win every game whatever the situation and its always nice to get one over on Chelsea and Rafa Benitez. The London side have had the upper-hand this year, beating us on two occasions, with us winning one and one draw.
I think the back four will consist of Ferdinand and Evans at the heart of defence. Rio has had his best season in a red shirt for me and has been a rock at the back. Jonny Evans is getting better and better every season and still has a long way to go until he hits his peak.
Sir Alex has said that Paul Scholes could be back on the bench for this one, and for some reason Cleverley cannot buy a start at the moment so i’ve gone for Rooney alongside Carrick in midfield.
In the absence of Welbeck, Chicharito could well get a start against the club he usually does so well against. The little Pea has scored seven goals against the blues in his United career and will be hoping to add to that come Sunday afternoon.
