QPR Confirm Park Deal

Today, Park officially became a QPR player after signing a two-year contract with the club. Although no fee has officially been mentioned, the deal is believed to be around the £3million mark, which is more than what we paid for him 7 years ago.

We’ve expected this deal to go through for a few days, after strong rumours that Park was set to become the second United player to make the move to QPR, following Fabio’s loan move.

During an interview, Park had this to say: ““I know QPR want to improve and have ambitions to reach the next level and I will try my best to help, there were other offers but nothing compared to QPR.”

After a seven year stay at Manchester United, winning 4 Premier League titles, a Champions League, and a Club World Cup trophy, his stint has been a successful one, he’s been a loyal and great servant to the club but it was definitely the right time to move him on. Good luck, Ji!
