Real Madrid eyeing move for Manchester United star following bust-up with Mourinho: report

Real Madrid are weighing up a move for Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, The Sun writes in an exclusive.

Apparently, the French midfielder was involved in a fiery bust-up with manager Jose Mourinho at half-time during the derby, as their relationship has hit rock-bottom.

Well, whatever Mourinho told him at half-time seemed to have worked! It was easily Pogba’s best 45 minutes in Red Devils colours, but unfortunately, the 24-year-old reverted back to the dull and lifeless displays that we’d become accustomed to this Saturday; as he was woeful against West Brom.

Real Madrid would certainly offer him a way out, and to be brutally honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if he grasped at the opportunity to leave Old Trafford.

Sometimes, things just don’t work out for one player at a particular club, just look at Juan Sebastian Veron here. The Argentina international came in with a stunning reputation, but he didn’t show his qualities at the Theatre of Dreams.

It all depends on what sort of transfer fee the Spanish club are willing to pay. Don’t be surprised if Mourinho lets him go, particularly if they offer more than the £89million that he cost a couple of summers ago.
