Real Madrid will demand a huge £174.5million if they are to let Cristiano Ronaldo leave the Santiago Bernabeu this summer. That’s according to The Metro, who quote Spanish media outlet Marca.
If we’re being honest we’d all love to see Cristiano Ronaldo back in Manchester United colours. This is a player who is right up there with the best in the world at kicking a football around a field, and he gave us so many happy memories during his time here.
It seems like every year we’re linked with a move to bring the now 32-year-old back to Old Trafford, but this summer feels different, and those reports have some substance.
Who knows if he genuinely wants out of La Liga, but I’d love to think that we’d be at the forefront of his mind if Ronnie does decide to move to pastures new. Our fans absolutely adore him and imagine just how loud the Old Trafford faithful would be if he made a return to Manchester.
I guess for now we’ll just have to sit and wait to see how this one pans out. Personally, I have my doubts but this is football and we shouldn’t be surprised by anything.
