Manchester United are clearly involved in plenty of transfer activity at this moment in time, but it looks as though nothing concrete has taken place since the signing of Memphis Depay. However we could find out some positive news about a reported target on Friday.
Arda Turan of Atletico Madrid has been linked with a move to United over the last few days, and according to the Manchester Evening News, the Turkish international is set to announce his next club on Friday.
United are thought to be the frontrunners, but a whole host of clubs including Chelsea and Arsenal are tracking the 28-year old as a potential target too.
My main concern would be Chelsea. Jose Mourinho seems to have a knack of luring Atletico Madrid players to Chelsea, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Wherever Turan ends up, the fans are going to love him.
