Sir Alex Ferguson’s reaction to third Liverpool goal says it all

Let’s face it, we’re all hurting right now. Manchester United are really putting us through it at the moment, and unfortunately, it doesn’t look like anything is going to change anytime soon…

Jose Mourinho’s Red Devils are supposed to be on an upward trajectory, but instead, it looks like we’re going backwards under his guidance.

Yesterday, at Anfield, United were beaten, and beaten well by a dominant Liverpool side. Jurgen Klopp’s men were on top from the get-go, albeit two of their goals were somewhat lucky as they came from deflections.

The reaction that summed it up best came from the great man, Sir Alex Ferguson, who was in attendance upon Merseyside.

As you can see from the video above, Fergie just cannot believe what’s unfolding right before his eyes at the moment. He feels it just like every single one of us, and it must be painful viewing at the moment.

Fergie built a dynasty, a legacy. Right now, he’s watching all the hard work being undone by a club that only seemingly care about lining their pockets.

I get the impression that as long as it doesn’t affect the club money-wise, Mourinho will remain in a job. Unfortunately, as long as the new sponsors keep rolling in, I don’t think anything will change.
