The unveiling of Sir Alex’s statue takes place tomorrow, and ahead of the event the club have released details about proceedings. The ceremony will begin at 2pm outside the Sir Alex Ferguson stand (Where the entrance to the Tour/Museum is) and the statue unveiling will last around half an hour.
The statue unveiling will be followed by the opening of a brand new Sir Alex themed artwork and themed installations in the lower concourse. The club have confirmed that the viewing area won’t be covered, and although the weather forecast predicts no rain, it would probably be a good idea to bring winter clothing just incase, as it is Manchester after all!
