Solskjaer makes incredible gesture, invites ex-United man to train at club to regain fitness: report

Everything is coming up trumps for Manchester United at the moment, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer playing the way that the Red Devils should.

The Baby Faced Assassin has made an outstanding impact both on and off the field, and now, he’s made an incredible gesture to a fellow ex-United player.

According to the Press Association’s Simon Peach, Solskjaer has invited Giuseppe Rossi to United training as he looks to regain fitness since leaving Genoa in the summer.

Stuff like this just warms my heart. Rossi, who was once a great prospect at Old Trafford, has spent an unfortunate amount of time on the treatment table, and it’s just great to see Solskjaer looking to help him out.

This club is just one big family, and Solskjaer hasn’t forgotten about his teammate. No doubt this will help Rossi no end as he’ll be working with some of the best players in the business.

Hopefully, the Italian striker can make a full recovery and get himself a permanent contract somewhere in the not too distant future. If that happens, he’ll certainly owe his old pal a pint or two for helping him out!
