Manchester United have reportedly asked Borussia Dortmund to cancel Adnan Januzaj’s loan spell out in Germany, due to a lack of playing time. According to both the Times and the Daily Mail, that request has been accepted, and the Belgian will return to Old Trafford over the next 24 hours.
This would be a huge piece of news for United. The side have been lacking creativity for large portions of the season, and there is no doubting that Adnan Januzaj will bring that flair and imagination back to our play.
It never really made sense to let him leave on loan, but the decision was made and the deal was done. Thankfully Louis van Gaal seems to have a lot of faith in the young Belgian, so hopefully he can come back, work hard and get back involved in the first-team situation over the next few weeks.
