Tarik Karic has been pictured at Old Trafford, amid rumours of a Man United trial.
For all their faults and issues over the last decade, Manchester United have been more than adequate when it comes to the goalkeeper position. It goes without saying, David de Gea has been amongst the best in the business for a while. Factor in some Sergio Romero and the super-talented Dean Henderson, the Reds have done alright in that area of the pitch.
It’s the only spot I have real confidence in United getting right. Although the tide is slowly turning back into the Reds’ favour under Erik ten Hag.
Yesterday, our friends over at the Peoples Person ran a story, suggesting that young Bosnian goalkeeper, Tarik Karic, was on trial at the club.
Well, it looks like those rumours are certainly true as today, a photo of the tall shot-stopper was doing the rounds on social media, with the starlet pictured at Old Trafford.

Karic only turned 17 last month, with United recently agreeing a deal with his current club, FK Željezniča, to take him on trial.
Obviously, this young man must have immense talent if he’s been spotted so early and called into the club at the first available time.
It makes sense for United to explore this option here in Karic, before potentially having to spend huge money to bring in a replacement for David de Gea.
Let’s be honest, the Spaniard has had his own struggles of late as he isn’t fully accustomed to playing it out from the back. I honestly don’t think it’ll be too long before he’s permanently replaced as number one – maybe by Karic…
