Three Manchester United players who have to start against Feyenoord

Manchester United’s Europa League campaign gets underway this coming Thursday, with Jose Mourinho likely to field a much-changed team. This competition presents the Old Trafford club with an excellent opportunity to win a major piece of silverware.

Ahead of that game, we’ve decided to take a look at three players who simply have to start for Manchester United going forward – beginning with Feyenoord away.

Marcus Rashford – The talented starlet just has to be in the side. His substitute performances deserve a start, and this presents the 18-year-old with a fantastic opportunity to show Mourinho what he can do.

As a striker, Rashford will terrorise the centre-backs of the opposing team, and the Feyenoord back for will be in for a long night.

Ander Herrera – The Spaniard had a brilliant second half in the derby, and he really worked his socks off for the cause. He passed it well, looked lively and wasn’t afraid to run with the ball.

In a midfield three, Herrera could be a real weapon for Jose Mourinho, and he more than deserves to begin in this one.

Morgan Schneiderlin – Schneiderlin is yet to feature for Jose Mourinho, but you feel he’s the perfect player to sit in there alongside Paul Pogba. The former Southampton man loves to do the defensive work, and this will allow a more attacking midfielder plenty of freedom.
