The travelling United squad that is taking part on the pre-season tour seems to be going from strength-to-strength with each passing game. Last week both Robin van Persie and David de Gea joined up with the squad, this time Shinji Kagawa, Ashley Young and Alex Buttner have linked up with the lads.
Kagawa was given extra time off due to his participation in the Confederations Cup, where Young and Buttner have recovered from ankle and hamstring injuries respectively.
The lads looked great throughout their 5-1 win against the A-League All-Stars, with Zaha and Lingard particularly impressing. I’d expect Moyes to ring the changes again tomorrow, as they take on the Yokohama F. Marino’s at 11:20am UK time.
