Radamel Falcao hasn’t made the impact that many would’ve hoped after his shock loan deal to Manchester United in the summer, with injuries seriously hampering the first half of his season. According to ESPN, other clubs have inquired about Falcao’s availability just in case United don’t make the move permanent.
Those three clubs are thought to be Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City. All of which are monitoring Falcao’s situation if the 28-year old is forced to return to AS Monaco because United decide not to sign him.
Its fair to say that Falcao has been extremely unfortunate in his time at the club so far, but its clear to see that he is desperate to stay at Old Trafford. Every time he takes to the field he absolutely works his socks off for the full ninety minutes, and we all know his goal scoring record is up there with the best when he is fully fit.
Ideally, Manchester United believe that Falcao will still come good in the latter half of the season, meaning that they’d be willing to take El Tigre on a permanent contract in the summer, but if that isn’t the case its clear to see that there will be a whole host of clubs waiting to snap up the Columbian.
