Timeframe put on Paul Pogba’s return to action following injury: report

Manchester United Football Club is targeting a return to action in early-December, according to the Daily Star.

The 24-year-old Frenchman has been out of action since mid-September, when he suffered a hamstring injury in United’s opening Champions League game against FC Basel.

Over the last week, the Red Devils have craved for someone to make things happen when in possession. Pogba can do that, and Jose Mourinho has started to miss the creativity his talisman would deliver.

That means Pogba will miss the games against both Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, which is disappointing because we’re still none the wiser as to when to expect Marouane Fellaini back, either.

It’s a tough situation, because you don’t want to rush him back and risk an injury to the former Juventus man, but his team needs him. Losing your key man for any prolonged period of time is going to hurt you eventually, and that’s what is happening to the Old Trafford club. They’ve wilted over the last couple of league games, and all of the sudden they are five points off the pace in the title race.
