Turkish giants table colossal offer for Manchester United attacker

Manchester United Football Club broke a then transfer record to bring in Juan Mata two years ago now, with the lovable Spaniard making an immediate impression amongst the fans. However, his time at Old Trafford may be drawing to an end.

Jose Mourinho and Juan Mata don’t have the best of relationships, and that was evident during their time together at Chelsea, despite Mata winning their Player of the Year award for two seasons in a row.

Now, reports in Turkey are suggesting that Fenerbahce are to table a bid for Juan Mata during this transfer window. The move would be a loan deal, probably with a view to make the transfer permanent.

You’d imagine that the club would want to sell him permanently straight up though, to get him off their books immediately.

Manchester United and Fenerbahce seemingly have a pretty good relationship in the transfer market, as both Robin van Persie and Nani made the switch between the clubs last summer.
