Well, it has been a fortnight since we’ve seen our Red Devils in action, though I have to admit, the break away has been pretty nice.
After all, Manchester United have been playing some dull football of late, while the season already feels over…
It has been nice watching some players find their form while away on international duty, though. One of which is Bruno Fernandes. The Portugal superstar would score twice against North Macedonia last night, booking his country’s place in the 2022 World Cup along the way.
As you can see from the goals below, they’re both typical Bruno goals. Hard work, intricate play and decisive finishing. We’re so lucky to have this lad on our books.

I don’t say this lightly, but Bruno has been an absolute revelation since coming to Old Trafford. The goals, assists and leadership. He’s given us absolutely everything to help try and turn our fortunes around.
Which is why I was absolutely delighted to hear that he’s in line for a new five-year contract. If anyone deserves to be a big-money earner at United, it’s Bruno.
He’s the sort of player you build a team around, while Bruno is slap-bang in the middle of his prime years as a footballer. United need to give him the supporting cast he needs to really take his game to the next level now.
Hopefully, we can have a great summer transfer window, bring in an attack-minded manager and really see Fernandes flourish in the Premier League.
