Javier Hernandez netted an 80th minute winner for Manchester United in typical Chicharito style after coming off the bench when United were in the hunt for a goal. Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney also got on the scoresheet, whereas Peter Crouch and Marko Arnautović scored for Stoke.
United were lacklustre in the first half but stepped their game up after the break and kept pressing. They eventually got their rewards as two goals were scored in two minutes to turn the game completely on its head.
