Manchester United Football Club could well be changing their manager this coming summer, as Louis van Gaal’s current position is hanging on by a threat. One named linked with the Old Trafford job is Pep Guardiola, and according to Marca, he is desperate to manage United.
The Spanish publication say that Guardiola has dreamt of managing Manchester United since he entered the profession, but City still remain favourites to land his signature due to Txiki Begiristain, who he worked with at the Camp Nou.
If Manchester United are in the hunt for a new gaffer in the summer it would be daft if we didn’t approach Guardiola. He is without doubt the best manager in the game at the moment, and however unlikely it may be, there is always that chance that we could land him if we throw a bit of extra cash in his direction.
