Manchester United could well be testing the waters in regards to a new manager coming in through the Old Trafford doors, and the name at the top of most fans’ wish list is Jose Mourinho. The spectators could be about to get that dream appointment.
According to El Confidencial, the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ has already agreed a move that will see him take over as Manchester United manager, but it is yet unclear as to when he’ll take over – now or the summer.
You’d imagine the Manchester United board will want to hold on to Louis van Gaal as long as possible, especially if the team continue to play like the way they did against Stoke City on Tuesday night.
However if the bad results and performances continue, Jose Mourinho could well be in charge before the end of this season – giving him more time to implement his tactics and ideas.
